Ideas for stuff

So, we didn't get a fridge or upgrade the sink for our house being built with the idea that we could do better buying them elsewhere. We've come to a few ideas of what sink, faucet and fridge to get and I thought I'd post them.

Here's the fridge we're currently planning on:



Its a French Door style with a pull-out drawer freezer, but with the added benefit of ice/water in the fridge section. They put a special "mini-freezer" in the upper door for the ice maker.

Here's the faucet...though we're thinking a different finish -- this finish is oil rubbed bronze, which is what we have through the rest of the house, but we think we might go with a different finish for the kitchen as seen lower down - but this is the faucet we think we want.

The reason we're thinking this finish is because we think it will, A: Look different than other stuff in the house (in a good way) and, B: Really pop and look great against the sink choice that we think we want. Here's the sink choice with the faucet finish photoshopped onto it so you can see what we're thinking. The sink is a composite granite in grey so it'll have that stone look and feel.



Anyhow, that's what we're currently thinking. Of course, we may totally change our minds before it's time to actually buy them. Alternatively, we may not want to spend the money that these actual choices cost because they're all a bit pricey. We'll see.
